Booking and Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be made through our website or directly via email. The cancellation policy is as follows:

- Free Cancellation: Up to 45 days before arrival.
- 44 to 15 Days Before Arrival: 25% cancellation fee of the total price of all services.
- 14 to 3 Days Before Arrival: 50% cancellation fee of the total price of all services.
- Within 48 Hours Before Arrival or No-Show: 100% cancellation fee of the total price of all services.
General Conditions
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and must not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be made through our website or directly via email. Cancellations must be made seven days before the scheduled departure for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur charges.
Payment Terms
Full payment must be received three days prior to the scheduled departure. All transactions are handled by CSS City and Sea Services
GmbH under a formal contract. This arrangement does not affect guests in anyway.
Shipping and Return Policy
We do not ship physical goods. All services are provided on-site during the cruise.
Consumer Data Privacy Policy
User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
Chargebacks and Refunds
In the event of a chargeback or dispute, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. Refunds are processed according to our Booking and Cancellation Policy. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional fees and suspension of service.
Liability Limitations
The Company is not liable for any harm resulting from user error, force majeure events, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
User Conduct and Responsibilities
Users must adhere to all safety guidelines and respect the cultural heritage of tour sites.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
For complaints, please contact online@cityandseaadonis.com. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, failing that, in accordance with Egyptian law.
Amendments
These Terms and Conditions can be amended at the Company’s discretion. Users are responsible for staying informed of changes.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt.
