Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to online@cityandseaadonis.com. The notice period is measured from the date of your first written cancellation request to your trip start (check-in) date.
- 30 days or more before check-in: cancellation fee of 15% of the total booking value.
- 29 to 15 days before check-in: cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking value.
- 14 to 3 days before check-in: cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value.
- Within 48 hours of check-in, or no-show: cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking value; no refund.
Cancellation fees are calculated on the total booking value of all services in your booking, whether you have paid a deposit or the full balance.
Your refund is the amount actually paid toward the booking minus the applicable cancellation fee. If you have paid only a deposit, the fee is calculated on the total booking value and deducted from that deposit, with any remaining amount refunded. No refund is due if the fee equals or exceeds the amount paid. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
If you have paid the booking in full, the refund is 85%, 75%, 50% or 0% of the total booking value for the respective notice periods above.
Add-ons and extra nights: Add-ons, optional services and extra nights follow the same written cancellation procedure and percentage schedule, using the same trip start (check-in) date. If you cancel only one or more of these services, the fee is calculated on the total price of the cancelled services, whether paid by deposit or in full. Any refund is the amount paid for those services minus that fee; no refund is due if the fee equals or exceeds that payment. The rest of your booking remains unchanged. Separate refund promises for services cancelled by the operator or unavailable because of weather still apply.

For this 7-day, 6-night program, your first day in Cairo is completely free of excursions, giving you the perfect opportunity to settle in and enjoy the start of your journey at your own pace. Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport – whether in the morning, afternoon, or evening – our representative will greet you with a welcome sign, assist with your luggage and visa stamp, and provide a private transfer to the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence. Here, you can unwind and enjoy world-class comfort, whether by relaxing in your room, indulging in the outdoor pool, or exploring the First Residence complex. There’s no rush and no scheduled sightseeing on this day, ensuring a stress-free and indulgent start to your Egypt adventure.
- Your Last Day – Day 6, Thursday Departure from Cairo
On Day 6, Thursday, you check out of the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence after breakfast and fly home. Please book your international flight for Thursday. There is no domestic flight in this programme; the whole tour is based in Cairo and Alexandria.
Our team collects you from the hotel and transfers you to Cairo International Airport, then provides departure assistance at the terminal used by your flight.
