Upon your arrival at Aswan Airport or Aswan Train Station, you will be greeted by our professional staff representative who will be waiting for you, holding a welcome sign with your name. You will then be transferred to the City and Sea Adonis Nile Cruise Ship by a private air-conditioned vehicle. If you do not require transportation, you can board the ship directly. Once on board, check in and enjoy a delightful meal. Spend the day discovering Aswan’s treasures. Start with the High Dam and the stunning island temple of Philae, renowned for its beauty and serene setting. After lunch, take a peaceful Felucca ride on the Nile, witnessing picturesque landscapes and local river life. Conclude your day with dinner and a captivating Nubian cultural show. Arrival & Departure Guidelines

We recommend booking your flight to arrive in Aswan before eleven in the morning. This time refers to your landing at Aswan Airport, not your arrival at the ship. Our representative will meet you at the airport with a welcome sign, assist with your luggage, and transfer you directly to the Nile cruise ship. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed at reception for check-in and offered a refreshing welcome drink. Once everything is completed, it’s usually around one in the afternoon – the perfect time for your cabin to be ready so we can hand you the keys and you can settle in comfortably.

Arriving earlier at Aswan Airport is absolutely fine, whether at dawn or in the early morning. Our complimentary pick-up service operates twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and we’ll be there to welcome you. Please note that while you can board the ship upon arrival, your cabin may not be ready before one in the afternoon. In that case, you’re welcome to relax in the reception area and enjoy the ship’s amenities until your room is available. If your cabin is ready earlier, we’ll gladly give you access right away. However, if the ship is full and the previous guest hasn’t yet checked out, we’ll need to wait until housekeeping has cleaned and prepared the room.

If you cannot arrive early on the first day, that’s absolutely fine. We’ll adjust the program so you can enjoy the missed visits on the second day, Tuesday. However, please note that in this case, you won’t have time to join the optional Abu Simbel excursion, which is normally scheduled for Tuesday morning.

We recommend booking your flight from Luxor after four in the afternoon. This timing ensures you can fully enjoy the morning sightseeing program, which finishes around twelve noon, while still having a smooth journey to your departure point. After the tours, we’ll return to the ship for checkout and luggage collection, then provide a direct complimentary transfer to Luxor Airport.

By scheduling your departure after four in the afternoon, you’ll have plenty of time for check-in and security at the airport without any rush, guaranteeing you make your flight comfortably and on time.
